As a life-long learner, I stay current in adult learning theory, design, and technology, earning credentials in authoring tools to help others close performance gaps.

Based in the Bay Area, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, enjoying numerous outdoor activities, and attending Bay Area sports.

Instructional Design Credentials

Each credential is part of a 9 month certification program called Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA). To earn my design certification, I completed over 400 lessons, received extensive coaching, and completed a rigorous set of learning activities with practice, feedback, and multiple revisions. In achieving these credentials, I applied adult learning theories and refined my skills with the ADDIE and SAM models.
